  Paul and Cindy were absolutly wonderful when our step dad passed away (Warren McGuire) And when my husband and my son's (Joe Penrod) step dad - Dan Hartman passed way. They are the most caring and helpful people we know. And Mom thinks there pretty special to.

  From start to finish our family was completely displeased with our funeral director and every single family member that spoke with him had a moment of "is that guy for real" afterward. He consistently made inappropriate jokes and remarks ranging from questions about the deceased man's belongings, to personal jokes about family members. I'm sure his intentions were good however having been a part of 100s of funerals in my line of work I can tell you this guy is completely unacceptable and really needs to reconsider his words before speaking them. If you are looking for a straightforward, professional funeral service for your departed then I strongly encourage you to call someone else.

  Words cannot express how grateful my family and I are for the job Paul did in the presentation of my mother and the attention to every minute detail for her service. He guided us through the process of a funeral during a very emotional time with total respect and understanding. I cannot imagine anyone that could have done a better job.
